Samsung launches ultra-slim compact camera ST5500 and ST5000, both of which use hydro-forming technology for the first time in the industry. Hydro-forming, an innovative manufacturing technique usually used in making automobiles, was used to produce smoother silhouettes, seamless bonding and high-quality surfaces. Both models feature 14.2 megapixels, 7x optical zoom and a large and bright AMOLED touch-screen, ensuring clearer shots.
